newfound.k12.nh.us.     172800  IN      NS      216.195.134.9.

	There is no A record for 216.195.134.9.  NS records take
	hostnames not A records.

	Replace the NS records with

newfound.k12.nh.us.     172800 IN NS  ns.destek.net.
newfound.k12.nh.us.     172800 IN NS  ns2.destek.net.
newfound.k12.nh.us.     172800 IN NS  gray.maine.com.
