Barry, thanks for the response. I realized Windows 2000 AD will not
function well without an internal DNS server and have setup one since.
Everything is fine now.

BTW, I did not notice that I was inside 'bind' and thought it was a
general DNS forum. I should have posted in dns.std forum, which I
noticed just after your post. I apologise if this has caused any
inconvenience.
