Q correct SOA zone file

The first parameter in the SOA record is supposed to be the name of the
primary server for the domain.  So if the server name is dns.domain.com,
the first one is right.

This field isn't used for anything important unless you make use of dynamic
updates, so it doesn't really matter very much.
