Resolution issue (Correction)

I am running bind 8.4.0 on FreeBSD. I have an issue resolving a domain
"texasbluebirdsociety.com" from my name servers. I do not have them in my
named.conf (nor have I ever). A DIG shows that the NS servers for the
domain (ns1.sampsonweb.com and ns2.sampsonweb.com) seem to be resolving
correctly from the GTLD.

Given all this, still my name server refuses to resolve this domain. I seem
to have NO reported problems with other domains.
What am I missing in this scenario?
