Redirect unresolved DNS queries to a host

1. That won't work. Apache isn't a DNS resolver.

2. Why would you want to do this? If it's just for web traffic, you'd be 
better off setting up a web proxy and configuring it to serve the page 
you want so you don't break other applications that depend on dns 
working the way it's supposed to.
