That is the site search page. I tried just now to go to a domain that I
knew did not exist. I got redirected to this URL:

http://sitefinder.verisign.com/lpc?url=www.asgijasfd.com&host=www.asgijasfd.com

notice the URL: sitefinder.verisign.com? That's verisign's site search page.
