	You should read the NANOG archives.  There was discussion
	on this within the last couple of weeks.  There was a single
	point failure that made both "visible" ORG servers unreachable
	to certain parts of the net.  UltraDNS may or may not have
	corrected their configuration to remove this fault.  You would
	need to ask UltraDNS for that information.
