9.2.1 secondary transfer

Hi all,

I have searched and cannot find the correct statement or option 'format' 
or whatever I am looking for.

I am setting up a new linux 7.2 RH with 9.2.1 and would like the GLOBAL 
option to allow ALL domains (not each one individually (92)) to 
transfer/update to secondaries but cannot seem get it 'right'.

What would the correct option/syntax be for this to work correctly.

I am currently getting "refused" errors from the secondary.
