RNDC Reload and Refresh

As the BIND 9 ARM says:

*reload /zone/ [/class/ [/view/]]*

    Reload the given zone.

*refresh /zone/ [/class/ [/view/]]*

    Schedule zone maintenance for the given zone.

So "reload" unconditionally reloads the zone, whereas "refresh" causes 
the zone to be checked to see if it is out-of-date. At least, that's my 
interpretation...
