Enable quesry log in 4.9

Does anyone have any input on this?

I have 4.9.4-P1 and want to enable query log.  I did the following
steps:
	1. enable info logging in syslog.conf and restart syslogd
		daemon.info;mail.crit   /var/adm/messages
	2. send kill -WINCH to named

 I successfully use logger -p daemon.info to send text stream to syslog,
that means the info_log facility is working.  Then I ran couple queries,
I do not see any DNS query being logged. =20
Then I modify named.boot with options query-log,  but still does not
work

Anyone has any idea?
