The name of the zone in named.conf has to match the name that was 
delegated to you by your ISP.  If they delegated 128/25, you can't 
change it to 128-255 on your end -- that breaks the linkage in the DNS 
hierarchy.

BIND doesn't care what the name of the zone is.  If you were getting an 
error, it wasn't due to the 128/25 name.
