bind9 answers no queries during AXFR

If you are running an RBL that big, perhaps you should look at a 'Gold Server'.

Make your primary DNS not visable to anyone but you.  Update that,
while it's updating the slave will be available.  Then the notify
should update the slave with without interruption...someone care to
comment as to whether I'm being sane?
