dns issue

Probably has something to do with www and mail in the root.

Try dig @f.gtld-servers.net mail.goquest.com any
That's where the wrong IPs come from...
I'd bet that some smart person decided to just define those
as 'name servers' with your registrar. You should really fix this :)
