Device not configured" error from bind9.2.3

Dear Bind group,
 
            My Unix box runs on Solaris9 with bind9.2.3  version. I try to setup bind with chroot as following link  http://www.unixwiz.net/techtips/bind9-chroot.html . It 's display messges when it starts named service.

           I try to find the solution using google website but I 'm not sure that it 's related configuration of  devices as config below .
 
                    #mknod dev/null c 1 3
                    #mknod dev/zero c 1 3
                    #mknod dev/random c 1 8
 
Can anyone help or give me some advise please.
