Dns reverse problem

The 128-159.234.123.196.in-addr.arpa subdomain isn't delegated to your 
server, or any server in fact.  As far as I can tell, the 196.123.234 
address block isn't assigned to anyone.

If this is a fictitious address block, post again with the real domain 
and maybe we can explain what's going wrong.
