BIND 9.2.2-P1 Crasher

I know I'm a little behind on versions, but I have a BIND 9.2.2-P1
server that has decided to crash for the first time in a while... also,
no core file left around for inspection.

Having not found anything like this in the list archives or courtesy
Google, I figured I'd post and see if this might be a "known" issue or
otherwise addressed in the current (9.2.3?) version or later...

Feb 20 16:02:14 XXXXXXXX named[###]: general: critical: adb.c:2018: INSIST(entryp != 0 && (((*entryp) != 0) && (((const isc__magic_t *)(*entryp))->magic == ( (('a') << 24 | ( 'd') << 16 | ( 'b') << 8 | ( 'E')))))) failed
Feb 20 16:02:14 XXXXXXXX named[###]: general: critical: exiting (due to assertion failure)

Ideas?
