FAIL Connect to mail servers

BlankHello all,

I m on a Cobal Raq550 Machine having my DNS Separately ns1 and ns2.

Mails on one of the domain pawscolumbus.org started bouncing with the
Message Relaying denied ...........
When i checked the DNS Report for the said domain this is what i got ;

      FAIL Connect to mail servers ERROR: I could not connect to one or more
of your mailservers:
      mx1.designsouth.net: Timed out [Last data sent: QUIT ]

can anyone please explain me this behaviour please....
