Class B delegation issues.

I am also hosting 68.240, 241, 242, 243, and 244.  Each block will be 
delegated to a differnet DNS server.  I cannot aggregate this 
block per ARIN policy, and will not due to the dynamic nature of our 
infrastructure as well.
