At least to me, clearly seems to be a resolution problem at ISP level.

You can try 'dig A www.w-sys.co.uk +trace' to follow the whole
resolution problem, maybe gives you a clue.

I recommend to check the delegation: authoritative answer to SOA should
be received from all secondary name servers.
