CNAME question

Where are you getting this from?  When I look up smtp.azcom.net, the 
name doesn't exist.  And azcom.net resolves to a different address.

The name reported by ping comes from a reverse DNS lookup of the 
address.  So you need to change the PTR record to point to 
smtp.azcom.net.

However, since PTR records are required to point to primary names, not 
aliases, you would also have to change smtp.azcom.net from a CNAME to an 
A record.
