lame server problem in named, named shutting down

sorry i am using redhat 7.2

however, 
when i try to upgrade bind
rpm -U bind-9.2.1-16.i386.rpm
rpm -U bind-utils-9.2.1-16.i386.rpm

i am getting dependency issues.. 

how do i install?

otherwise is it possible to uninstall the rpm, and use compiled
version of bind instead ?? what do i do ?
