It changes nothing, you can still delegate it from
postoffice.co.za. This way, every nameserver will find it.

Just add the NS records in the zone file of the primary of
postoffice.co.za:

ad   IN    NS  name-of-the-AD-server

with the appropriate glue if the AD server is itself under
ad.postoffice.co.za:

name-of-the-AD-server  IN   A  x.y.z.t
