Bind 9.2.3 very, very slow starup

Danny,

Yes, I have been using -d 7. I have updated the serial number, but the
problem occurs even if I don't change a record. If I ever reboot the box
to load a new kernel for example, the zone files load slowly anyway, other
times they load in less then a second, especialy late at night.
