Thanks, that is precisely what I use them for. But are they 
deprecated or not, the manual isn't too clear for this useage. Since 
I'm trying to persuade the whole group (couple of dozen companies) to 
adopt a DNS structure based on BIND views and stub zones I'd rather 
like to know now rather than later if they are going to stop working 
in some future version.
