redundant web servers

Have three servers setup with three different ISP's and each have some 
webpages running.  What i would like to do is have all the webpages on 
all the servers so that if one goes down the others will take over.  I 
have heard something about round robin would this method work also heard 
it has many drawbacks as well is there a better way.
