DNS and .info domain

You need to register the server hostname before you try to register it 
as a nameserver for your domain.

What does this have to do with BIND?  I presume you got this error when 
you were interacting with your domain registrar, it didn't come from 
your nameserver.  Non-BIND-related DNS questions belong in 
comp.protocols.tcp-ip.domains.
