Skip in a $GENERATE

Yeah, I've just started to experiment with $GENERATE myself..
I have a Perl script that generates records for me already.. Unless I can find a quick way to
exclude records, quicker than doing multiple ranges which would be fairly quick, $GENERATE isn't
gonna save me any time and I will continue to use my Perl script..
