DDNS no Journal file created

Hi NG,

I've a problem I'm using dhcp3-server with bind9 I'm have to change a 
Server and want to run the same services at the other Server. The point 
is, that if I copy the conifg files from one to the other, the Server 
runs with out giving any errors. The Problem is, that the journal file 
is not created and so the DDNS is not working.

This are the versions that are installed at the Servers:

Working Serve1:
ii  dhcp3-common          3.0+3.0.1rc11-5.bam.1 Common files used by all 
the dhcp3* packages.

ii  dhcp3-server          3.0+3.0.1rc11-5.bam.1 DHCP server for 
automatic IP address assignment

ii  bind9                 9.2.3-1.backports.org Internet Domain Name Server

ii  bind9-host            9.2.3-1.backports.org Version of 'host' 
bundled with BIND 9.X



None working Serve2:
ii  dhcp3-common       3.0+3.0.1rc11-5    Common files used by all the 
dhcp3* packages.

ii  dhcp3-server       3.0+3.0.1rc11-5    DHCP server for automatic IP 
address assignment

ii  bind9              9.2.3-2            Internet Domain Name Server

ii  bind9-doc          9.2.3-2            Documentation for BIND
