Problems with Mail to erdoc.org

When I went to dnsreport.com and ran a report on erdoc.org, the
report mentioned the nameservers

     ns[12].firehousehosting.net

>From where did dnsreport get its information?  That is what I cannot
determine.  The .org nameservers do not contain any referral to these
two servers.
