I think you're missing the point.  It doesn't matter who talked you into
it or gave you the tools to do it.  All that matters to me is that you did
it and that it was a terrible lapse in judgement on your part and that if
you have reached the stage where you won't be taking this kind of action
in the future then ISC would be willing to be a public name server for
"monkeys.org" for the purpose of answering the queries to your defunct
blackhole list(s).  To ISC, it's just more data for DNS-OARC (see
http://oarc.isc.org/).  To you, it's a way to save your DSL.  Think about
it.
