Yes, but if you use "dynamic update" you won't be able to (easily)
update manually. bind-9 is _way_ better dealing with dynamic updates.

Alternativly you could delegate the zone "books.metta.lk" to the same
or some other nameserver, running dunamic updates only for this zone.

approximatly same as lease-time given by dhcp
