bind 9.2.3 reverse lookup error

Hi! I'm having a problem with our DNS reverse lookup query, whenever I used outside tool to reverse lookup, ie central.ops.net, I got this error: 

DNS query for 92.26.172.203.in-addr.arpa returned an error from the server: NameError

Though the server does'nt have any errors in /var/log/messages to figure it out.

Any help will be appreciated. thanks!
