9.3.0 and ipv6 on linux 2.4.27

didn't work for a couple of people, myself included.

That did, naturally, fix the problem.
My question is this:

If additional ipv6 interfaces are added,=20
the new contents of this file must be copied
to the chroot area and named restarted, correct?
