upgrade bind8.x to bind9.x in RH6.2

You shouldn't be able to do that, you can switch threading support 
on/off only at compile-time (using the ./configure option mentioned 
above). Upgrading your kernel could also be an option, but I don't know 
if this solution suits your environment.
