it is the same thing, have you experienced the same? There is nothing 
mentioned in any document about it, why? I see only negative impact of 
it in my daily troubleshooting. Maybe tommorow isc will say we will not 
provide glue NS RRs as well to +norec clients, when we already not 
provide glue A RRs. Should it follow the rfc?
