Quotas?

bind doesn't really tell you why it's full, or what to do to clean it, 
it just tell you it is full, which is in my opinion the same like 
telling you nothing. Increasing it might not help, since even 20-30 
requests per second can in some cases (depend on the type of requests) 
make it easily full again!! I tried my best to get some advise here in 
the mailing list, so far everybody considers it so minor not even worth 
single comment.

so the general advise would be keep increasing it......
