Bv9ARM.xml -> Bv9ARM.tex/ps/pdf

hi,
	i've been trying - unsuccessfully - to get a printable
version of the latest Bv9ARM, and it seems that im 'almost there',

rnd> nsgmls -sv /usr/local/share/sgml/docbook/dsssl/modular/dtds/decls/xml.dcl

so, does anybody know what's missing, or has a .tex or .pdf copy that i can 
get?
(google and me has/v 2002 versions)
