qmail issue

Hi All,

I have a seriuos problem with qmail bind duo. Our DNS service is running 
on BIND 9.x, and many customers of us who are runnig qmail, can not send 
email to us with CNAME_lookup_failed_temporarily error. I have found a lot 
of discussions about this topic without any detailed solution. Yes, I know 
this is a qmail issues but I can't ask our parties to apply the (un)patch.

What could I do to solve this problem? How can I prevent the bind to send
more than 512 byte response?
