Issue with sendmail -- ip6.arpa queries rejected, ip6.int works.

On an alternate note -- assuming I can't/don't want to upgrade to that, is 
there a way to build BIND 9.3.1 (which I use) with bitstring label 
support (other than jumping back to 9.2.3rc1 or earlier)?
