delegation troubles!

I've got it!!!

the BIND was the reason(currently 9.2.2). By compiling the latest version 9.3.1., delegation works
fine! the last version was a precompiled version(a binary installation file), so I don't know the
parameters or environment used.
When there will be some time, i try to recompile my own BIND 9.2.2. and let you know
