Unless you manage the atlanticbb.net nameservers, this isnt a problem 
with your configuration.

The 255.207.in-addr.arpa domain is delegated to ns01.atlanticbb.net and 
ns02.atlanticbb.net, but they don't appear to have the zone installed.
