Bind 9.2.5 and errors

Hi all

I use Bind 9.2.5 on two gentoo linux boxes  as a slave dns and bind 9.2.2 on
a master dns (also a gentoo box ) and if do a a "dig" or "rndc reload ...."
the following Error message appears in the messages Log of the slave dns
servers:

"Jul 16 23:05:47 websrv01 kernel: process `named' is using obsolete
setsockopt SO_BSDCOMPAT
Jul 17 00:07:09 websrv01 kernel: process `dig' is using obsolete setsockopt
SO_BSDCOMPAT
Jul 17 00:08:31 websrv01 kernel: process `named' is using obsolete
setsockopt SO_BSDCOMPAT
Jul 17 00:11:29 websrv01 kernel: process `dig' is using obsolete setsockopt
SO_BSDCOMPAT
Jul 17 00:25:18 websrv01 kernel: process `rndc' is using obsolete setsockopt
SO_BSDCOMPAT"


and therefore no axfr transfers from the masters to the slaves happend and
zone files are emtpy

any ideas?
