compile only 'libbind' from BIND8 package

Hello,

I've got Bind8 package fetched form ftp.isc.org and would like to
compile ONLY library without suplimentary binaries (like nslookup,
ndc, named etc.).

What is the correct sequence of  "make"-s  to do it?
