You don't have any NS records for the zone.  Try replacing your 2 NS lines
with:

@   IN      NS      ns1.lswisp.net.
    IN      NS      ns2.lswisp.net.
2   IN      PTR     ns1.lswisp.net.
3   IN      PTR     ns2.lswisp.net.
