Exceeding recursive client limit

A handy option in BIND9x is 'blackhole'.
In the named.conf file, in the options section, add something like
this:

 blackhole { 66.92.146.238; };

Queries will still come to the server but they are not serviced.
This will give you a chance to track down the offending device.
Of course if it's an internet 'bad guy', you can leave blackhole in
place.
Don't forget to kill HUP the named process.
