	Well, unless you can get BT to fix things up for you, then your 
choices are to move on to someone else who can do this for you 
correctly, or to limp along on a broken network for that period of 
time.

	It may very well be less costly for your business to throw away 
that 12 month contract and go with someone else that will do things 
correctly.  But you need to look at all the respective costs and 
benefits before you make that decision.
