Could BIND8.4.6 recognize multiple CPUs?

	Nope.  BIND-8 is inherently single-threaded.  It simulates 
multi-threaded operation by some clever programming.  If you want a 
multi-threaded version of BIND, you have to use BIND-9 and you have 
to build it with explicit support for multi-threading.
