Pls Advise - Setting up Primary Secondary

Dear All,
I am setting up primary and secondary DNS for an isp.
I have planned to use fedora 3 as platform and 	BIND 9.3.1 will be installed
on it. Would it be ok? And can anyone pls advise how can I have a web
interface to create db files etc?

Any suggestions welcome.
