external "real" root servers?

	I'm confused.  Are you trying to list your own internal root 
server as just *one* of the servers in the root hints file?  If so, 
then don't do that -- it's all or nothing.  Either you list all the 
external "real" root servers in that file, or you list only your 
internal root servers, but you can't mix and match.
