2 zone files for one domain?

Create subzones for each of these names, and make your server 
authoritative for them.  E.g. if the company domain is company.com, your 
named.conf could contain:

zone "extrahost1.company.com" {
  type master;
  file "extrahost1.db";
zone "extrahost2.company.com" {
  type master;
  file "extrahost2.db";
and so on.
